Requirements Gathering

First we understand client’s requirements, for example a fruit bowl, where we understand their preferred shape or design. If they don't have any design reference, we can provide them inspiration from 100s of our designs. Second important parameter to decide is the material which can be Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Wood or Glass. Other important aspect to be decided is the look, which comes from the color themes.

Considering the practical aspect

For certain products, we need to know the correct and practical usage of the product, as based on the usage, we need to take into consideration the below aspects:

● Food safety: while selecting the material

● Cleaning aspect: while selecting the finish or coating

● Shape: if the stackable option is needed.

Design & Pre-Production Sample

Next stage is to convert the concepts into a 3D Design or a prototype. For a simple design, we directly make a pre-production sample but if the concept is not very clear, then we make a drawing or a 3D Design for Client's approval before making a pre-production sample. For certain products, if needed moulds and dies are created.

Samples Feedback and Approval

We request our clients to check and test the sample in the actual live scenario for the intended purpose and for all the specifications agreed. Any minor feedback is taken into consideration in the production, whereas for any major modifications or corrections, a new sample is made for approval. And only once the sample is approved, we go ahead with the production.

Quality Checking / Inspection

We have the quality checking procedures starting from the point when raw material is purchased, followed by each production stage, so that the quality is not compromised at any level. Quality points are listed in the form of Quality Checklists. Packing Materials are also considered for safe transport.

Tests & Certificates

For critical solutions like Stainless Steel Bathroom Accessories, where the products will be in continuous contact with water, for our satisfaction, we get the materials tested from Govt. Labs in the country of origin.

Products delivered at client site

Nine Ventures provides a complete Door-to-Door process, i.e., takes responsibility for the dispatches from the factory, handling transportation, customs clearance in the client’s country, and delivery to the client’s site.

Post Delivery Support

We have never left the client in the middle of the process. In case any manufacturing defects are found during delivery or even after the usage of the products, we first understand the issues and then either get the products repaired or arrange for a replacement.
