    So let us dive into the discussion into the example of one of my five-star clients who came to us for guest accessories. They wanted to replace the accessories in their 240 hotel rooms and guest bathrooms, and one of their main concerns was cost after going over their existing accessories, which included a tissue box, soap dish, amenities tray, and bin for the bathroom tissue box, as well as a jewellery box for the guest room. 

    We first understood that these accessories come every 3 to 4 years while beginning our work. Hence we gave the client a proposal that was approximately 25-30% less than the nearest competition and their current product prices. The first hurdle that we came across was that even though the client was pleased with our costs, he was concerned that we had sacrificed quality.

    As per our philosophy, we always like to communicate to our clients to make an informed selection, where we are upfront about the specs we consider in our products.

    So that was how we justified and explained our fees to our client. We lowered the weight of our suggested products by 15-20% because the former products were hefty, which was unneeded.

    Secondly, we used only the standard SS grade instead of the high SS grade for a few products because they were for the guest room and not the bathroom, which meant they would not contact with water. And guess what? We got the order after the client understood our rationale.
